I just want people to know and understand that this is the reality of surrendering in some cases. Imagine this is YOUR dog. Imagine the emotions she's feeling. Not only does the animal suffer but also the workers and volunteers. Please try everything in your power to keep your animals. Shelters are full, no one's fostering, your dog will sit there, miserable until someone adopts or unfortunately euthanized. Be a more responsible pet owner (don't get your panties in a wad, she was immediately looked at by med staff and was adopted out not too long after.
