@milldogrescue 165 Souls. Years of Neglect. A Chance at Life. On June 19th, we received a call that would change everything--an urgent request for help with a commercial breeder animal seizure. What we walked into... will stay with us forever. 165 miniature schnauzers, so matted, so broken, so far gone, we couldn't recognize their breed. Every breath, every step hurt them. You could feel the years of pain in their eyes. Our team returned at 10:45 p.m., hearts heavy and hands trembling. We were warned. But nothing could have prepared us for what we saw. With emergency permission granted, our staff and volunteer groomers worked through the night. It wasn't just fur--these mats were cages made of pain. And thanks to YOU--your donations, your support, your hearts--we were ready to say yes to saving them. Now, they are safe. Now, they are OURS. And now, they begin to heal. Thanks to our amazing rescue partners, at least 50 dogs will soon be heading to partner shelters to help them find homes faster.
